For those who don't know me, my name is Lois Anderson and I own the property located at 700 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way.
I have operated Anderson Travel and Gadabout Tours for 42 years in Palm Springs. I have been on Tahquitz for 40 years and in my building for 30 years and I'm DISAPPOINTED in my CITY!
The city is trying to take my building from me through Eminent Domain NOT FOR PUBLIC use, but for PRIVATE USE - so they can build another hotel here. ( They don't even have an inked deal yet with the Hotel - to my knowledge )
This blog is dedicated to the GOOD Fight - fighting the city on taking my building, because it is JUST PLAIN WRONG ( and UNAMERICAN ) and the city has options - they can develop around the property.
